El Médano Apartments

Two bedroom apartments (A cot and high chair by arrangement)

Casa Medano is the most recent built complex, completed in 2006. It immediately overlooks El Medano's main beach to which it has direct access.


We have six two bedroom apartments to rent in this Complex. Each accommodates a maximum of 4 persons. We can add a cot in any apartment. The apartments have two double bedrooms, shower rooms (with washing machine), fully equipped kitchen, lounge and a large furnished terrace facing the sea. The complex has direct beach access across the pedestrian only promenade. There is a locked room for board storage with each apartment.

Barlovento Apartments

The Barlovento complex is new, finished only in June 2002, and is perfectly situated right on the promenade on the South Bay, between the Hotel Medano and the Hotel Playa Sur, and boasting direct access onto the beach.

We have three apartments on offer in this complex, two with panoramic sea views (numbers 1 & 2) and one with partial sea views (number 5). All apartments have two bedrooms, one double and one twin, bathroom with washing machine, fitted kitchen, lounge with TV and a large furnished terrace.

In this complex there is also the possibility of private board storage with showers and toilets.

Sotavento Apartments

The Sotavento complex was finished in June 2003, and is perfectly situated right on the promenade on the South Bay, between the Hotel Medano and the Hotel Playa Sur, and boasting direct access onto the beach

This apartment has two bedrooms, one double and one twin, bathroom with washing machine, fitted kitchen, lounge with TV and a large furnished terrace with panoramic sea views.
The apartment also has private board storage (16m2)

Los Delfines Apartments

In Los Delfines we have a choice of either two or one bedroomed apartments for rent in a villa.

The villa is situated in Ensenada Pelada, a residential estate 10mins walk from El Medano’s town centre.

The villa has a privileged situation opposite the coast. On the ground floor we have a two bedroomed apartment with private entrance, furnished porch and garden. The master bedroom has a double bed and the second bedroom has twin beds. There is also a fully fitted kitchen, shower room with washing machine and lounge with TV.

The second two bed roomed apartment is on the first floor, also with private entrance. It is exactly the same as the ground floor apartment only with a larger furnished porch and balcony overlooking the sea and the garden.
