The herd of about 200 goats is taken out to graze the countryside and the side of Montaņa Pelada each day as the sun gets low in the sky.
It must be mainly for exercise because there is very little vegetation suitable even for goats who are renown for eating anything.
Its not called the bald mountain without reason.
